When do we ship your order?

All orders will generally ship within 1-5 days from when the order is placed.

Where do we ship to?

At this time Watchopia.com will only ship to a U.S. based address. We do not ship to military addresses. If a PO Box is used for the shipping address, we will ship at our discretion, depending on the value of the item.

How do we ship?

All packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on the value of the item, and location of the shipping address.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 regardless of the quantity or value.

How to track an order that has been shipped?

If a tracking number is available for your shipment, you will receive it in the shipping confirmation email sent to you after the order ships. You can also view the tracking number in your order history in the "my account" section.

What if the shipping carrier loses or damages my package?

If your package is lost in transit please contact us and we will set up a claim with the shipping company. All claims are usually settled within 2 weeks. If the package arrives damaged, you must retain all packaging, and it must be available to the shipping company if necessary.
